This is the moment
You’ve been waiting for
All your life;
A swift convergence
Of all the sorrows
And trials,
And bitter-sweet joys:
A sudden deluge,
Threatening to break,
Sweep you off your feet.
Death circles slowly–
Hesitantly.
The fatal blow has
Not yet been landed,
And hope sings sweetly
In your swelling breast…
What will you do now…?
Nice writing! I enjoyed your stuff a lot.
